Mountain Romance | Piney River Ranch
I have always seen the beautiful pictures of Piney River Ranch-the iconic green canoe with the amazing mountain backdrop, but I had never been there until this summer. It’s absolutely gorgeous! Definitely an adventure getting to it, but worth it! I had the privilege of working with Sarah Viera Events and Ali & Garrett Photography to put together this styled shoot. I absolutely loved the color palette and who knew it would reflect 2019’s pantone color of the year. The bridal bouquet was a dream to create. I used coral ranunculus, dahlias, kahala rose, yellow butterfly ranunculus, acacia foliage, wild blueberries and poppy pods. I loved the place setting Sarah created. It was a cutting board with bleu cheese, pita crackers, local honey, and a spring of rosemary. The table scape design coordinated with the bridal bouquet, but I also used fresh elements of lemon slices, peaches, mint, and golden raspberries. The linens, chairs, and table settings were provided by Event Rents - they are always amazing to work with! It was a wonderful day at Piney River Ranch. After a hard day’s work, we had the opportunity to take a Jeep excursion around the mountain. The scenery was breathtaking, we saw a baby moose and learned about the history of the land. Our driver was so knowledgeable. I highly recommend taking a ride with Timberline Tours!
